Your path to thriving begins here.
There’s a quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying so much, for so long.
Maybe it’s the weight of old wounds that never quite healed, the anxiety that shows up uninvited, or the relationship struggles that leave you feeling disconnected—even when you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, only to realize your own needs have gone unmet.
This is your space to feel supported. To be heard. To heal.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready for more than just coping—they want real, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, or the aftermath of relational hurt, I’m here to walk with you. My approach is warm and collaborative, rooted in evidence-based practices like EMDR, and tailored to your unique journey.
In my work with couples, I draw from the Gottman Method, to help partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect after disconnection or betrayal. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s no longer working and build something more secure, authentic, and connected.
Your partner in healing and growth.

Me, as a Human.
There’s so much more to life (and therapy) than diagnoses and treatment plans. I thought you might want to know a little about the person you’ll be sharing space with.
I feel most like myself when I’m with my husband, close friends, or family—or curled up with a good book I probably won’t finish in one sitting (or maybe I will, depending on the day and the book). I also find peace at the barn, horseback riding—something I’ve loved for years. I feel the most present and grounded when I'm with the horses.
If I have a free weekend, I’m probably wandering through a farmers market, exploring a street fair, spending time with my loved ones, or planning my next adventure (which usually means I spend hours looking up flights and hotels, and only some of the time actually book anything).
Something unexpected about me is that I absolutely love learning. I sometimes joke that if I could, I’d be a professional student. I’m constantly taking continuing education courses (from the science behind food cravings to EMDR) and also dive into my hobbies with the same curiosity. Whether it’s trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, sketching, or possibly getting lost in a crochet project, I’m always experimenting with something new. To me, learning is one of the most exciting things we can do, and I love engaging with anything that holds my attention and challenges me.
