“We don’t know how to talk to each other anymore.”
“We can’t stop hurting each other.”
“I feel like we’re roommates.”
Finding your way.
Maybe you keep having the same argument on repeat. Maybe the romance feels like it’s faded. Or you’re navigating something big—like rebuilding trust after a betrayal, adjusting to new parenthood, or recovering from years of disconnection. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that help is possible.
My role as a couples therapist isn’t to pick sides or act as a referee. I’m here to help you both feel heard, understood, and supported. We’ll work together to slow things down, explore patterns, and build new ways of relating to each other. This might look like improving communication, understanding how past experiences and attachment styles influence your connection, or reconnecting through small everyday moments.
My approach is influenced by the Gottman Method, which focuses on helping couples create strong, lasting partnerships based on trust, respect, and emotional safety. I want to help you feel like a team again—able to communicate your needs, show up for one another, and feel safe and loved in your relationship.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
