Trauma has a way of showing up in everyday life, sometimes long after the event has passed. It can affect how we relate to others, how we feel in our own bodies, and how we move through the world. You’re not broken—your nervous system is doing its best to protect you.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. I approach trauma therapy with gentleness and care. I won’t rush you or push you to go anywhere before you’re ready. My style is grounded in trauma- informed care and shaped around your needs and your pace. Using tools like EMDR, expressive arts therapy, and grounding practices, we’ll create a space that helps you feel safe, supported, and more in control.

Healing can look like feeling calmer in your body, being more present in your relationships, and reclaiming a sense of wholeness within yourself.
