“I mess everything up.”
“If people really knew me, they wouldn’t stick around.”
“I’m never enough.”
Supporting you.
You apologize even when you haven’t done anything wrong. You second-guess everything. You hold back from the things you want, because deep down, you feel like you don’t deserve them.
Low self-esteem doesn’t always look like insecurity on the outside. Often, it shows up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, or constantly putting others ahead of yourself. It might sound like a harsh inner voice that’s quick to criticize and hard to silence.
No two people experience low self-worth in the same way, which is why I take a holistic, personalized approach. Sometimes healing begins by gently exploring where those inner messages came from. Other times, it starts in the body—with grounding, movement, or creativity.
I draw on tools like EMDR to help you explore the deeper roots of shame or self-doubt—often stories you’ve carried for a long time. We might also use expressive arts or mindfulness practices to reconnect with parts of you that have felt distant or quiet.
The goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to support you in building a more honest, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
